  • The 2nd Kalugal (Vitukkal or outside leg kick) to strengthen / open the hips.


  • Dynamic Lohar: slapping exercise to lengthen and strengthen the trunk.


  • Lamp Salutation to release the joints of the upper limbs and balance the 5 Vayus (winds of the body).


  • Complete Vandaanam form.
